Swedish winter stand up paddle boarding looks amazing. With snow on the ground, ice in the water, sunshine and blue skies Chris Jones’ SUP nirvana looks idyllic. If slightly chilly. Yet the beauty stand up paddling (on the flat at least) is you’re not getting wet. Apart from maybe your tootsies. That makes stand up paddle boarding in conditions like this much more doable. Especially if you have experience.
