NEVER GO PADDLE-BOARDING IN SEVERE WEATHER OR WATER CONDITIONS THAT MIGHT AFFECT YOUR ABILITY TO STEER THE BOARD OR RETURN TO SHORE. NEVER ALLOW MINORS TO USE THIS BOARD WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.

NEVER CONSUME ALCOHOL OR ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE THAT MAY IMPAIR YOUR COORDINATION, JUDGEMENT OR ABILITY TO SAFELY PADDLE THE BOARD.

NEVER USE THIS BOARD BEYOND YOUR SKILLS OR ABILITY.

NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT AFTER SUNSET, BEFORE DAWN OR AT ANY TIME IN POOR LIGHTING.

CHECK LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS REGARDING PROPER AND SAFE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

NEVER LEAVE BOARD EXPOSED TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT WHEN OUT OF THE WATER.

NEVER LEAVE A DECK PAD EXPOSED TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT.

DO NOT STORE PADDLE BOARD IN A BOARD BAG FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME.

TIGHTEN AIR VALVE BEFORE TAKING BOARD INTO THE WATER. LOOSEN AIR VALVE AFTER USE TO RELEASE AIR PRESSURE.

REGULARLY INSPECT AIR VALVE FOR TEARS AND/OR DAMAGE BEFORE USE.

McConks warrants its products to be free of defects in either materials or workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only the original retail customer when the product is purchased directly from McConks or any authorised dealer, and may not be transferred.

This warranty does not cover any damage that may be a result of normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, abuse, unauthorised modification or repairs, accidents, heat, excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling, storage, maintenance or care, incorrect set-up, use in commercial, rental or teaching environments, or any other irresponsible use.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL MCCONKS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE including, without limitation, loss to property other than this product, loss of use of said product, or other property or economic losses. McConks shall not be liable for contribution or indemnification, whatever the cause.
