SUP4 Coach, or Rach as she’s known, started her London based SUP coaching, guiding, Yoga and active sessions business off the back of discovering stand up paddling and becoming discontent with her office job life. Exacerbating things the whole pandemic spurred Rach into setting up her now thriving business in the UK’s capital. And it’s gone from strength to strength.

SUP4 Coach and Rachel are a super proactive stand up paddle boarding business that shows what a little determination and willingness to change can achieve. If things aren’t working out as planned then sometimes taking that leap will see you reap the rewards.
