Why Our Boards Are Available Only for Preorder or in Limited Quantities

Hello! If you’ve noticed that many of our boards are now available only through preorder or in limited batches, you’re not alone—and there’s a compelling reason behind it.

Demand for our latest innovation, the welded MXW800 board, has surged beyond expectations. While we’d love to say it’s just because they’re incredibly popular (and yes, they are!), the real story is about our commitment to quality, precision, and performance. Each board is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and to maintain our high standards, we now only release them in carefully controlled quantities.

Preordering ensures you’re first in line to receive the latest technology—without compromising on craftsmanship. If you’re serious about performance and reliability, securing your board early is the smartest move.

Why We Release Boards in Limited Quantities—And Why That’s a Good Thing

This isn’t just a supply issue—it’s a strategic decision rooted in our values. In today’s price-conscious world and increasingly competitive paddle board market, we’ve chosen a smarter, more sustainable path.

By producing and releasing our boards only as demand requires, we’re able to keep prices competitive without compromising on quality. It also allows us to stay true to our roots as an ethical, family-run boutique brand—focused on craftsmanship, sustainability, and long-term performance.

Unlike mass-market manufacturers, we don’t overproduce or warehouse boards for years. That means no aging adhesives, no deteriorating materials, and no waste. Every board you receive is freshly made, built to last, and backed by our commitment to excellence.

This approach ensures you get a product that’s not only high-performing but also aligned with your values. When you choose us, you’re investing in quality, integrity, and innovation.

Understanding Our Product Stock Statuses

We want to make it easy for you to know exactly what our stock statuses mean—so here’s a quick guide:

✅ “Preorder for [Month]” + In Stock

If a product title includes “Preorder for [Month]” and shows as in stock with a quantity, that means we have that number of boards available to preorder for delivery in that month.
Important: This does not mean the board is currently in our warehouse—it’s being made to order or is currently in production based on forecast near term orders.

✅ No Preorder Mention + In Stock

If the product title doesn’t mention a preorder month and shows as in stock, that means the board is physically in our South Wales warehouse and ready for immediate dispatch—usually within 48 hours.

❌ “Preorder for [Month]” + Out of Stock

If a product says “Preorder for [Month]” but shows as out of stock, it usually means:

  • We don’t currently have more in production for that month, or (more likely)
  • We haven’t updated the webshop yet.
