When life gets too much and you just need a break. Here are 5 ways paddleboarding can help de-stress your body and mind.

1. Take a friend
Be they furry or human. Taking a relaxing trip with a friend takes your mind off the day to day.
2. Yoga
Stress builds up in the body and stretching that body helps release and relax all the pent up frustration.
3. Meditation
A quite space is a quiet mind. Whether you use the time to forget your problems or solve them. Out on the water will give you the time and the focus to meditate.
4. Exercise
A healty body is a healthy mind. Paddleboarding is low stress exercise that uses our whole body in slow deliberate movements.
5. Morning and Evening Paddles
Morning and evening are some of the quietest times with beautiful skies. Taking time here will either allow you to prepare in the mornings or relax after a long day.
