Take a friend​ Be they furry or human. Taking a relaxing trip with a friend takes your mind off the day to day.​ 2. Yoga​ Stress builds up in the body and stretching that body helps release and relax all the pent up frustration.​ 3. Meditation​ A quite space is a quiet mind. Whether you use the time to forget your problems or solve them. Out on the water will give you the time and the focus to meditate.​ 4. Exercise​ A healty body is a healthy mind. Paddleboarding is low stress exercise that uses our whole body in slow deliberate movements.​ 5. Morning and Evening Paddles​ Morning and evening are some of the quietest times with beautiful skies. Taking time here will either allow you to prepare in the mornings or relax after a long day.
